What happens when visiting a concert and you can do nothing else but trying to prevent breathing, because you are scared of missing something very important? When the Duo Mondsüchtig is performing live this is exactly the thing that happens: An acoustic and sweeping show with Pop, Soul, Jazz, Funk and Rock elements.

Charlotte Pierre with her deep, sensitive but also voluminous voice and her meticulous guitarist Eugen Wiedemann are two newcomers who have been working together since 2006 on this project which is an affair of their hearts and enrich the German music scene. Their 13 self-written and self-composed, German-spoken songs tell the story of the beauty and sadness of life so truly and soulfully by also using the instruments of humour, conviction and melancholy.

The debut album of Duo Mondsüchtig will be released on 24th October 2008 on Jazzhaus Records based in Freiburg/ Germany.
